Malinda Williams is an American actress who has starred in numerous movies and television shows throughout her career. She has been active in the entertainment industry since the early 1990s and is best known for her roles in the popular TV series Soul Food and movies like High School High, A Thin Line Between Love and Hate, The Wood and Daddy's Little Girls.
In Soul Food, a popular family drama that aired from 2000 to 2004, Williams played the role of Tracy "Bird" Van Adams, one of the three sisters in the family.
